Fully automatic high-pressure unit with minimal energy consumption

High-pressure technology is our core competence. For decades we have been established as a leading international system supplier in the field of high-pressure technology for liquids. No reason to rest. Our claim is simple: Find the best solution for the customer. We are increasingly supplying complete systems, with the HP plunger pump only being one part, the heart of the system. In our consulting and engineering services, we go far beyond the pump. We accompany our customers from the first process idea to the turnkey system and develop individual overall systems.

In our current turnkey high-pressure container unit K40036A-3G-DW530B with Scania V8 engine, level 5 (latest emissions standard), ZF automated transmission, suitable for multiple consumers, 38-188 l / min @ 1,100 bar, our latest ideas and engineering services are combined. The fully automatic high-pressure unit, which can be delivered and used immediately, was planned and manufactured by us as a demonstration unit for IFAT 2021. It was to be presented as a novelty from KAMAT at IFAT 2021. As is known, the fair has been postponed due to the pandemic. No reason to withhold it from our customers. Thus we hereby present it digitally on our website.
